The Pumpkin Patch

On Saturday we took the boys to their very first pumpkin patch. We went with some dear friends and had an incredible time! Isaiah definitely had the most fun since he got to feed llamas, slide down a giant slide, run through a corn maze, and then we all enjoyed a hayride! Truthfully, it was a little bizzare to be visiting a pumpkin patch when it was over 85 degrees outside! I still think of cool Minnesota nights as a kid, riding hayrides all bundled up and we would beg for hot chocolate afterwards to warm up. After this hayride we were all begging for water! :) It truly is incredible to spend special moments like this with our boys! The time flies so fast as they grow and this will definitely be a sweet memory for years to come!

Isaiah and his (future girl)friend Aubrey. Our son treated his lady friend to a pony ride, can we say "Ladies Man"?! :) Just kidding, Jeff! :)

Isaiah sliding down the giant slide. Neither Kyle nor I have laughed that hard in a long time. It was awesome seeing our little fearless Isaiah leap down the huge slide!

And he's off again! :)

Our future zookeeper. He was so in love with getting to feed the llamas. He actually picked this over riding a pony!

What a sweet way to end the day!

Levi is on the move!

Last week our little Levi turned 8 months old. Celebrating that milestone alone just wasn't good enough for our little guy, he decided to start sitting up, pulling himself up, and full on crawling! He is now on the go and keeping us on our toes! This was the first morning I discovered him practicing his new tricks after a morning nap. He was so proud of himself and wanted to show Mommy!

"Look Mom, this is how you find me every morning... but watch this...."

"Taa-Daa!! .... But wait... there's more!"

"Wait for it, wait for it..."

"Oh yeah, who's the big man on campus now?!"

"But seriously, it's time to get me out of the crib now! I'm ready to rock and roll!"

Isaiah Steven... a.k.a. Future Soccer Star!

Our sweet little guy started playing soccer a few weeks ago. Here are the pictures from his first soccer practice. It was probably one of the funniest/sweetest things I've seen in my entire life! Our little boy is definitely growing up!

Stretching out with the team... and getting a little help from the coach on how to stretch without bending knees. We're still working on that one... :)

"Aww Mom... not again! How many more pictures are you going to be taking today?!" :)

He SHOOTS......

He SCORES!!!!!!

If that's not the stance of a future All-Star, I don't know what is!
